Refund and cancellation policy

Our priority is to give complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with any of our services provided, We will refund your money. Only on the basis of true facts and a proper investigation, we will process your refundable amount. Please read the fine prints carefully, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case you are not happy with our services, customers have the freedom to cancel their product and request a refund from us.

Shipping/Membership Policy

When you place an order, the order will contain all the details of membership, shipping, and services. We will call you for confirmation after you place your order through our website or any other medium. We will ship your product within two business days of placing the order and deliver your product in 3 to 10 business days. The timing will depend on the area and state you are ordering from. You can track your order anytime on our website.

Cancelling an Order/ Part of an Order

If you want to cancel your order due to any valid reason, request cancellation within 24 hours of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped.

No cancellation fees will be levied on cancelling the order before 24 hours. Once we confirm your cancellation, we will provide your refund using the same payment mode and on the same account, you used to place an order with us within 7 to 10 business days.

Return/ Replacement

If something went wrong with creating or packaging your product or you are not satisfied with the product, you can raise a return or replacement request within 5 days of the item being delivered to you. Call us for a refund or replacement request on Customer Care at +91 72919 19191. During your call please keep the name on your order, order number, the reason for returning and the original payment details handy. One of our team members will help you resolve your issue and process your return or replacement request. Keep the product back in the original packaging and bills. After receiving your order we place either refund your money using the same payment mode on the same account, you used to place an order with us within 7 to 10 business days or in case of replacement we will send the replaced item back to you.

Eligibility For Return

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition.

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective (for e.g. imbalance, joints opening etc).

Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item you ordered on our website.

Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.

Not Functional - If the product delivered to you is non-function on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights and bulbs).

Refund Process

Once the item is cancelled or returned, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location. You will get the refund in the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets or UPI Account). If you have availed EMI option - in case of a full refund the amount is credited to your original mode of payment. However, in the case of partial refunds, the refund is initiated through NEFT transaction to your bank account so that the remaining EMI does not lapse*. Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount gets credited to your selected mode of payment in 7-10 business days.
